Refunds policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 6 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 6 hours from the moment you purchase the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Refunds? when you purchase a item you have a 6 hour grace period to get your money back. After the grace period we cannot be held responsible for a refund as the commission has begun. if we are far into the project then its too late for a refund. Once you recieve your commission if you dont like it we may offer free tweaks to it to help with the things you dont like.

Commission: A commission is a service in which a person pays a seller to create something to their requests Requesting a refund really early is better as we wont tolerate cancelation halfway through as it wastes our time and slows down other commissions so please be thoughtfull when purchasing.
